Welcome to the Surrey Christmas Bureau Online Registration portal!  Before you begin, please make sure you have the following documents ready to upload - you can take photos/screenshots with your phone, save them and upload where indicated. 

1. Government issued photo ID
2. Proof of Income:  If you get Social Assistance, take a photo  your cheque stub or other proof, like two months bank statements clearly showing a Province of BC deposit. If not on Social Assistance, please upload a photo of your most recent pay stub showing year to date.
3. Two months of bank statements
4. Proof you live in Surrey (phone bill, rent agreement, utility bill such as cable, Hydro etc.)
5. You will need to enter the BC Medical Care Card number for each member of the family.
